Any Good Quit Smoking Products?
Has anyone had any success using quit smoking products?

I personally don’t trust any quit smoking method that deals only with physical nicotine addiction. I tried several times to quit using patches, gums, herbs etc but none of these worked.
Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes. As soon as I dealt with my psychological reasons for smoking I quit, first time and more importantly for good.
Quitting smoking does not require any patches, gums, herbs or anything like that. These methods are expensive, time consuming and simply do not work. All that is required is a bit of motivation, self belief and determination. Have faith in yourself and your abilities, if you truly believe you can quit, then you will.

I had a terrible experience with Chantix, so I recommend the patch which reduces your nicotine intake gradually over several weeks. There are generic brands that are cheaper.

You could probably have the dentist whiten it there are many good offers if you start going to a new dentist, then keep up by brushing with whitening toothpaste
