Werner Michael answers:
Smoking weed can be a really addictive thing but it is not a physical addiction like cigarette smoking.
The only real way to quit is to have a reason big enough to overcome the negative forces that push you to smoke to escape and the only way to do that is to understand whay you keep going back. I can be a real experience in self discovery!

Lizzie asks…
What is the easiest way to stop smoking weed?
It helps me deal with stress but I know it’s only a reprieve and not a real solution.

Werner Michael answers:
I’ve really cut down on my weed intake lately because I have been finding more constructive things to do (been doing driving lessons, bought an apartment) and just haven’t been stressing about things.
So my solution is find something really constructive to do if you want to quit (personally I don’t see anything wrong with your situation, it is a great relaxer haha).

Charles asks…
How do I stop smoking weed?
I’m trying to quit but I get so pissed off and have no motivation to get up or do anything, and i can’t sleep without it. help?
I am quitting because I am a boxer and it is killing my cardio, I exercise everyday but I think smoking is holding me back from getting in better shape

Werner Michael answers:
Marijuana is not an addictive drug, so you just stop using it. Your frustration is not coming from marijuana withdrawal, it’s coming from your diversion to quitting.
