How to stop smoking when all my friends do?

I want to stop smoking once and for all, but I love to do it. I use the excuse that its my only “vice” because I dont drink, do drugs. or overeat which i know is irrational. But its so hard when I’m faced with the temptation of it constantly because my best friends smoke. Does anyone have any tips on how to stay strong and not give in to the temptation when every one close to you is smoking and you’re trying to quit?

I’ve been trying to get my mom to stop smoking for sooo long and now she gets annoyed every time I bring it up, she has to intention to try to stop, (it doesnt seem like it) does anyone have any ideas I can try to get her to stop?
For those who are going to write something like” say: your going to die and so am i” good suggestion, but I’ve tried that a million times. Doesint work unfortunately

How can i convince her to stop smoking for her baby?

my best friend is 2 months pregnant. For her new years resolution she was going to stop smoking but she still does it behind my back because she knows i would say something. How can i get it through her head that its not just her anymore that now she needs to starts putting her baby before her addiction?

How can my Fiancee stop smoking?

She has smoked for about a year- she smokes clove cigarettes.
She tried dipping and smoking at the same time to make herself sick on purpose in an effort to stop smoking yesterday, but evidently, it didn’t work. She vomited two or three times, but she still had the cravings to smoke today.
What can we do? We’re getting married in two months, and she wants to quit, among other reasons, so that she can take birth control. She also wants to be healthy, and I want her to be healthy, too.

Do your lips go back to its original color if you stop smoking?

I know you lips turn black from smoking weed but if you stop smoking for a while, will they eventually go back to its original color?

husband is trying to stop smoking and he’s going on 48 hrs, is panicky but is still motivated and wants to kick that habit.

I need to stop smoking weed and lose the weight I’ve gained from it. How?

Okay, so I need to stop smoking weed and legal herb that gets you just as high if not more. It isn’t addictive physically, but I have become emotionally dependent on both.
How can I control myself and stop myself from smoking?
I know it is disgusting.
Also, how can I work on losing the weight I’ve gained from having the munchies?
I’ve gained an extra 10 lbs. It isn’t noticeable to others since I am still skinny, but still, I can see it.

I get really depressed and lazy when ever i go a long time with out smoking weed.
Grades fall, stop going to gym ect.
